•  To provide full spectrum of administration support for the office,including but not limited to clerical and liaison works, invoicing, procurement, insurance and facility management
•  Handle various official documents / certificates
• Back up the receptionist if needed
• Assist in organizing staff activities for HK office
• Responsible for monthly attendance report & leave record management;
•  Assist in recruitment process including interview and on-boarding arrangement
• Assist in preparing HR reports for management review
• Outdoor work is required when necessary
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with a minimum of 1 year working experience in administrative support & HR ;
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing;
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
•  Good communication and interpersonal skill with positive and helpful attitude;
•  Self-disciplined, hardworking and able to work independently;
• responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated, willing to learn, highly disciplined and a reliable team player;
• Immediate available is preferred.
