Responsibilities:

• Lead C&B team to handle payroll and benefits administration, taxation, salary surveys, performance management, salary review, manpower budget, and insurances;
• Assist to formulate, revamp, and implement HR policies and procedures, such as, staff retention strategies, pay scale, job description/ranking and contract administration;
• Participate in HRIS enhancement;
• Compile HR reports and analytics for strategic review, planning and decision-making;
• Perform other HR duties/projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HRM / BA / or other related disciplines;
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in which 2 years in supervisory level;
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations;
• Independent, detail-minded, responsible, analytical, and able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in MS Office application, advanced level in Excel;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediately available is preferable.
