Job Description
Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of HR supporting HR & Office Administrative functions which including but not limited to recruitment, overall office administration; C&B administration; HR system administration
- Manage all-rounded office administration work such as office supplies replenishment and management, office renovation & relocation, repair and maintenance; IT support service coordination
- Maintain and update the HR leave system, employee personnel files and records
- Assist in preparing and monitoring of Administration and Human Resources annual budget and expenses
- Participate in various HR, Admin & IT project initiatives such as remuneration package and benefit surveys, performance appraisal, insurance renewal
- Coordinate and assist in organizing staff activities and events and ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (especially office administration) is required
- Well versed in HK Labour Law/Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
- Positive, self-motivated with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player and able to work with all level of people
- High sense of accountability, agile and open to changes
- Multi-tasked, detail oriented with can-do attitude, able to work independently and perform under tight deadline and pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Proficiency in MS Office application
