Administrative Officer / Clerk

Responsibilities : 

• Responsible for general office support, office renovation, security, cleanliness, management and control;
• Answering phone calls and jotting messages (any);
• Drafting policies and procedures, developing office sustainability initiatives and statistics/reports preparation;
• Other office administration support includes filing, scanning & data input;
• Require to assist on account and book keeping, Company events/activities and ad hoc assignments;
• Liaison to senior management officer

Requirements : 

• Tertiary educated with at least 5 years relevant experience in office administration work
• Strong sense of responsibility。
• Able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works under tight schedules
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as well-organized,
• High proficiency in written English & Chinese (Cantonese), Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua
