RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure smooth C&B operations, including new joiner orientation, leave management, payroll and benefit administration, forecast reporting and termination procedures
• Manage annual exercises like performance review, taxation, renewal of various insurance plans
• Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for junior to middle level openings
• Act as HRBP and work closely with the functional managers to understand business needs and provide professional HR advice and services
• Coordinate staff activities and events

• Degree holder with at least 4 years experience in the Human Resources, candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior HR Officer
• Well-versed in HK employment ordinance and employment related legislation is imperative
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with computerized HR systems, MS Office and Chinese input
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexible, mature, pleasant and organized
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Strong business acumen and problem solving capability
• Immediately available is preferred
