Based in the Hong Kong office, the Administrative Officer will report directly to the General Manager.

Location – Aberdeen Marina Tower

This is a temporary employment contract ( 1 to 2 months) with the potential to extend to a permanent employment opportunity. We provide you an option to work from home 2 days per week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Tracking maintenance jobs and invoicing clients when jobs are done
  

• Cooperating with services and operations team
  
  
• Providing support to managers and team when required
  
  
• Handle ad-hoc projects tasks upon request.
  
  
• Report to General Manager

 REQUIREMENTS

• Good command of both English and Cantonese, both spoken and written 
  
  
• Strong proficiency in computer skills in MS software (especially Excel, MS Office, Excel, Power Point)
  
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to clearly relay information to clients and staff alike
  
  
• Good telephone manners
  
  
• Able to work independently, well-organized, detail-minded and willing to learn
  
  
• Experience and knowledge in maintenance/ yachting industry is a big plus.
