Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supports the annual budgeting processes by compiling HR data including headcount, staff cost
- Working closely with business partner team to project manpower requirements and cost based on business plan
- Preparing and presenting data against standard template for budget submission and answer any questions from stakeholders regarding the budget submission
Job requirements:
- High proficiency in excel and pivot table
- Sensitive to numbers and attentive to details
- Able to meet tight timeline and background/knowledge in HR field is highly preferable
- Good communication skills
- Preferably University graduates
