Job Responsibilities：

• Perform daily fund operation tasks such as preparing trade instruction and settlement, position reconciliation and corporate actions, fund expense payment processing and cash management
• Prepare portfolio valuation reports and reconcile with fund administrator
• Liaise with fund administrators, prime brokers, brokers, custodian banks and other service providers on operational issues
• Implement system enhancement and perform parallel run to ensure successfully completion of project and original goals and requirement are met
• Responsible for SFC, QFII, and RQFII related annual audit, tax filing, and assist in audit planning and preparation of annual audited financial statements
• Perform such other duties as shall from time to be directed by the superiors

Job Requirements：

• Bachelor degree holder or above in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in fund operations
• Fixed Income Fund, SFC Authorized Fund, QFII and RQFII fund related experience with operations background
• Experienced in using Enfusion and Bloomberg AMS
• Knowledge on Excel spreadsheet formula setting and VBA Macro programming would be an advantage
• A good team player, detail oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and under stress
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua
