Job responsibilities:

-Report to Chief Compliance Officer

-Responsible for designing, updating and implementing internal control policies and procedures;

-Responsible internal control and ESG reporting;

-Monitor local regulatory developments and coordinate with external professions and regulatory bodies such as HKEx;

-Provide compliance advice to management and business units;

-Assist in providing compliance training on related policies and procedures, and promote awareness of compliance culture;

-Provide administrating support on filing and record keeping

-To Perform ad hoc projects as required

Job requirements:

-Degree holder in finance, law or related disciplines is preferable

-Minimum 2-3 years of compliance experiences

-Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a merit

-Responsible, detail-mined, well-organized with good communication skills, and with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently

-Immediate available is highly preferred
