Our client is a Fintech company. They are hiring a Fund Administration Assistant / Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily fund operation and maintenance, as well as portfolio valuations/reconciliation
• Coordinate with external administration and custodians of funds on fund operation matters, as well as review month end NAV deliverables received from administrator
• Liaise with investment analyst on fund subscriptions
• Provide support on daily trade processing 
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines
• Strong self-motivation, with good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese; fluency in Putongha
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and tight schedule
