Job Description
Officer / Senior Officer - Operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and process the documents of account opening and service request
- Place transaction/subscription/redemption orders as required and ensure accurate & timely completion
- Process the trade execution in an accurate, timely and effective manner to ensure it is properly processed and recorded
- Provide clerical support for record keeping purpose, such as data entry, scanning and filing etc.
- Handle all day-to-day liaison with internal and external parties with effective communications to ensure timely and quality responses
- Handle financial advisers' enquiries and provide professional and accurate response with service standard to resolve trade and/or other relative issues
- Assist in preparation of monthly operations reports for management purposes
- Provide operational support, ensure operational workflow comply with regulatory and internal operating guidelines
- Assist team head to perform operation relevant projects including but not limited to workflow enhancement, system flow improvement, external vendors performance review
- Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments when required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Relevant IFA working experience is preferable
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the business support and administration area
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
