Company Description

Our client, a well-established international asset manager, is seeking a Compliance Analyst for their Asia regional team based in Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities

• Perform AML review and sanctions screening during account opening process
• Conduct trade surveillance and other monitoring work according to compliance monitoring programs
• Assist to enhance compliance monitoring programs according to regulatory / business / operational changes, hence, to keep abreast of regulatory development
• Assist to review sales & marketing materials according to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Handle licensing matters and administer personal dealings / outside business activities programs
• Prepare regulatory filings and internal compliance reports
• Support staff training and ad hoc projects

Requirements

• University graduate with BBA / Finance / business-related major
• At least 3 years of working experience in asset management industry in Hong Kong
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and time management, and able to work with high level of attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Chinese
