Job Scope
The incumbent will be helping the investment team on projects and recurring work to support the investment function. The candidate will also solicit the required data and statistics to facilitate effective portfolio monitoring.
Additionally, there will be work relating to SAA and ALM analysis, Portfolio Allocation, Trading Execution and Investment Risk Management.

The incumbent will be helping the investment team on projects and recurring work to support the investment function. The candidate will also solicit the required data and statistics to facilitate effective portfolio monitoring.
Additionally, there will be work relating to SAA and ALM analysis, Portfolio Allocation, Trading Execution and Investment Risk Management.
Main Responsibility
- Support Daily operations, including: Maintain the in-house portfolio database for portfolio monitoring and risk control; Maintain the record of portfolio information; Check the purchase and sales transactions; AND Support the cash balance monitoring & reporting
- Support investments execution, including: prepare investment recommendations and Pre-trade Analysis for senior management ; follow to the trade order/instruction with the counterparties or asset managers.
- Refining the Investment Database – to improve the existing Portfolio Monitoring database, by connecting / inputting the real-time data from Market Provider. The outcome will allow the Management to have a timely portfolio for real-time monitoring.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly investment reports for the investment committee, Regional Office and Head Office. Assist in formulating investment committee meeting presentations and analysis
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time (e.g. annual Strategic Plan, restructuring of existing portfolios, analysis on hedging, implementation of investment accounting system)
Qualification and Experience Requirement
- University Degree
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and/ or Mandarin skills would be an asset
- Good communication skills
- Keen to learn and ability to interact with various key internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to drive major initiatives
