Job Description
Customer Services Officer - Inbound Call
We are looking for candidates who expecting customer services as career development, good communication skills and able to take challenges.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver excellent and quality customer services to customers consistently over the phone
2. Handle customer enquiry related to General Banking /eBanking /SME etc
3. Proactively provide workable solutions over the phone to customers and maintain good customer relationship
4. Handle complicated cases and complaints when needed
5. Relate customer feedback or comments to management team for constant processes/services improvements to constantly enhance the over customer experiences
Requirements:
- F.5 or above; Degree holder will be highly recommended
- Able to use MS Office
- Detail-mined person
- Related working experiences will be advanced
- Able to work independently
