Main Duties

• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Ensure the integrity of financial information
• Prepare group financial and management reports
• Provide quality financial information to top management to support the decision making process
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation
• Cash flow and inventory management
• Follow up accounts receivable and analyze the ageing receivables
• Maintain and update financial information to ERP system
• Prepare and analyze the periodic schedules to support financial statements
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments, project costing and treasury
• Assist the Finance Manager and Director of Finance in the development of effective internal control

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent with at least 5 years of solid experience. ACCA Professional Stage preferred.
• Knowledge in full set of accounts is a must
• Hands-on approach and committed to continuous improvement
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently and communicate with all levels within the company
• Proactive, good analytical skills and self-motivated
• Good command of English and Mandarin is required
• Immediate availability is preferred
