Duties:

- Manage all the sports-related activities of the Association, including supervision and management of subordinates;

-             Prepare and submit annual budgets and providing regular reports on income and expenditure to the Executive Committee;

- Attend meetings of the Executive Committee, Sports Affairs Sub-committee and etc. and provide administrative and secretarial support;

-  Liaise with the Leisure & Cultural Services Department (LCSD) and other bodies on funding and other relevant matters;

-              Assist in the preparation and implementation of the Two to Four-Year Development Plan of the Association with a view to raising the standards and broadening the participation base of the sport discipline;

-              Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

- An accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution/a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent

- Post-Secondary qualification preferably in Sports/P.E./Recreation

- A minimum of 6 years working experience in sports-related field

- Knowledge of the National Sports Association operation preferred

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

- Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills

- Occasional overseas travel is needed
