Duties:

- Oversee the daily operation of the office, including supervision and management of subordinates;

-              Manage the administrative duties of the Association;

-              Oversee matters relevant to staff recruitment and complaints;

-              Ensure effective execution of the established policies and guidelines;

-              Oversee matters relevant to promotion, media relations and public relations of the Association;

-              Compile annual reports, press releases and other external correspondences;

-              Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

- An accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution/a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent

- A minimum of 6 years related working experience

- Knowledge of the National Sports Association operation preferred

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

- Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
