Job Description:

• Developing strategic marketing plans, platform brand builds and corporate image management to achieve business objectives by marketing research, budget planning, business trend and competitor analysis.
• Developing new video channels/platforms for brand building, e.g. Facebook,YouTube.
• Organize all production plans, ideas, video shooting, scriptwriting for video.
• Develop digital new customer acquisition strategy to achieve new customer sales target
• Implement new product launches, promotions and online promotions
• Support company on new product selection, launch & ad-Hoc promotions planning; prepare ALT & BLT materials to support campaigns, such as copy-writing, online & offline advertisement, SEO, SEM, SMS etc
• Build up good relations with KOLs, PR partners, Editors, and Bloggers.
• Monitor and review promotion and marketing events effectiveness
• Managing product lines portfolio, including stock level control, revenue forecasting
• Focus on SEO /content marketing development, keywords research and writing articles, hot topic video makes a good rank of google search engine.
• Monitoring market trends in existing and potential segments, developing and evaluating effective marketing programs and making recommendations for future programs to expand sales and profitability.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business Management or related disciplines
• At least 4 years of work experience in marketing or relevant fields. Experience in the service or Beauty industry is an advantage.
• Experience in Google Analytics/ Google Ads/ Facebook Ads Manager tools
• Strong project management skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Live streaming / CRM experience is an advantage
• Able to work independently
