Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversees the operations and customer service of multiple stores to achieve long-term strategic and sales strategy 
• Communicate with store team and operations team frequently, put together sales performance and frontline customer service experience, formulate strategies and commission scheme to achieve store KPI results 
• Coach, train and motivate store team to drive business, create a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions and create team commitment to the company 
• Closely communicate with area supervisors to assess staff performance and development, suggest effective succession plan 
• Coordinate & communicate with leasing/ landlord operating team, third party service provider or trade marketing support etc. 
• Manage & Support the whole divisions' administrative tasks, consumables and projects, e.g. new stores opening 
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned 

• Passionate about well-being and lifestyle advocate 
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment 
• Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and see this as a chance to make your mark and make a difference 
• University Graduate in Marketing or Retail Sales Management preferred 
• 6- 8 years+ related experience in retail industry, preferably in skincare/ beauty background 
• Good command of spoken and written skills in Cantonese, Mandarinand English 
• Result-oriented, a quick learner keen on taking new challenges, thrives in getting deals done and serving customers 
• Passionate about new sales and about helping solve customer problems 
• A team player with good people skills, detail-oriented and able to handle challenges independently 
• Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Sales & operation manager  
• Immediately available is preferred
