Job Description
Duties
- Assist in overall project planning, scheduling, co-ordination and quality control;
- Prepare site program, shop drawing and progress report;
- Assist in tendering, material enquiry and submission;
- Order, monitor production of, and inspect materials supply; and
- Coordinate with owners, sub-contractors and other site parties
Requirements
- 3 years or above experience relevant experience, preferably in interior fit-out projects;
- Diploma or above in architectural/Interior design/construction management/engineering or related disciplines.
- Good at IT literacy, such as primavera P6 system, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Project);
- With detailed mind and good communication skill; and
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
