Job Description
Responsibilities
• Interface with different parties (Consultants, Contractors, Project Teams)
• Plan and schedule the project, including coordination and supervision of M&E installation, testing, and commissioning
• Monitor the progress of the jobs by site visit and liaise with the Project Team on a regular basis
• Submission of Drawings (Shop Drawings / Builder's Work Drawings) & Documents to Client / E&M Consultants / Architect
• Ensure implementation and enhancement of quality control on-site
Requirements
• Higher Diploma in Building Service or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience in Plumbing & Drainage Service Installation
• Experience in E&M Contractor is highly regarded
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer
