What Is This Job 

As an UI/UX Designer of the Ecommerce Team, you will be working closely with the Development Team and Workflow Team to build the Peplink store and business platforms serving the enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.  You will use your creativity and flexibility to deliver quality products that align with the business goals and the user needs.  You will translate the creative direction and design concept into storyboards, process flows, graphic designs and mockup that lead to intuitive user experiences.  On the user end, you will perform user testing, organize and identify the design problems based on user feedback and deliver the most effective solutions, while adhering to style design standards and maintaining the system style guide.  Also, you will contribute towards researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and A/B testing experiences for web application / digital products. For a senior position, you will be involved to mentor fresh/ new UIUX Designers. 

What We Need

• Degree in Interactive Design or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years working experiences in web and mobile application UI/UX design for a senior position.
• Understanding of user persona, qualitative and qualitative research. 
• Proficient in design tools such as AI, PS, XD or any other prototyping tools.
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as UIUX Designer.
