Job Description

• Monitor and report SEO performance and metrics, using web analytics tools and dashboards.
• Write feature articles to drive SEO programming
• Handle and follow up customers' enquiries and complaints from eCommerce platform
• Monitor and improve the customer service standard

Job Requirements

• University graduate with 1-2 years of working experience in eShop and SEO 
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge in the use of major SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahref, Keyword Planner, and others
• Experience in link-building and content partnerships is a bonus
