Job Description

• Support the project of launching new e-commerce channels, coordinating between external parties and internal cross functions to kick off the business for further management;
• Manage daily operations of multiple e-commerce channels e.g. Lazada.com, HKTV Mall, Zalora etc.
• Responsible for Ecommerce operations including but not limited to following up with Agent for uploading and maintenance of all listed products, promotion, shipment, sales report, payment and stock level monitoring;
• Communicate with warehouse, 3rd party operation team and deal with return, refund and payment issue;
• Assist in preparing replenishment, sales performance, campaign proposal and ad hoc project as assigned by the management.

 Requirements

• At least 3 years working experience in E-Commerce or apparel industry
• University graduate in Business/Ecommerce or related disciplines
• Exposure to merchandising /buying function to E-Commerce business is highly preferable
• Flexible, self-motivated and responsible
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good business acumen and sales driven
• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
