Accountabilities – Key Result Areas

• Drive, deliver and monitor retail forecasting & budgeting
• Conduct different kinds of data analysis covering areas of retail sales KPIs, the productivity of retail staff, staff cost, sales promotion and operation workflow
• Prepare management reports and provide business insight and identify opportunities for improvements on different areas.
• Review business performance and present key analysis findings to Retail Heads & other stakeholders, conduct analysis to provide practical advice
• Coach and examine frontline staff to ensure the sales programs perform effectively
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Experience / Qualification Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Statistics, Finance or related discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant experiences from Fashion Retail Industry
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, willing to work under pressure and drive changes
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with good business acumen
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Excel (power query, VBA, lookup), Words and PowerPoint
