• Provide Online Customer Service, Operation, Order Processing support, handle daily orders, marketplace operation tasks, invoices, and reports follow-up
• Liaise both internal and external parties for the day-to-day operation to enhance workflow efficiency
• Work closely with the business development department, including product listings, verifying contracts and orders
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

• Diploma holders with at least one year of experience and above in E-Commerce, Business Administration & Marketing would be a big advantage
• Good organization, attention to detail, good time management, and self-initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mature, pleasant, and organized
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Chinese typing 
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
