- Act as a key interface between business users and technical developers.
- Perform feasibility study for new IT initiatives and business analysis on banking applications.
- Prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans and coordinate overall UAT.
- Conduct training to end users on new system functions.
- Assist in project management and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledge of SQL, any BI tools or reporting tools preferred.
- Self-motivated, possess analytical-mind and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to work with end users, in-house development team and external vendors.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
