• Troubleshoot software development problems

Who are we looking for?

• Higher Diploma, Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 1 year post-qualification relevant experience
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, XML, JSON, Java, Oracle and MSSQL
• Experience in Web services integration is a plus
• Experience in Nice RPA, Avaya AAEP, Call Centre, IVR and is a plus
• Willingness to learn, self-motivated and responsible
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
