 Responsibilities:

• Grow 3rd party marketplace sales across various regions in APAC
• Plan and execute marketing activities within to grow revenue
• Measure and report performance of all marketplaces and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Provide fast response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services.
• Work closely with different function units (Product, Operation, Warehouse, RMA etc.) for smooth operation and continuous business improvement

 Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Q10, Lazada, JD, Shopee
• Good understanding of processes and requirements surrounding marketplace selling
• Other eCommerce or Digital Marketing experience a definitive advantage
• Good verbal and written English required
• Japanese, Chinese or other Asian languages an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, pivot table is a must
• Immediate availability is preferable
