Responsibilities

• Assist to manage the daily operation of e-commerce platforms
• Consolidate, summarize and verify the product information provided by buying, marketing teams and principals
• Upload product content in a timely manner including product shots, product information, price and stock level
• Support online platform interface updates with latest promotion, pricing updates, layout and content improvement, etc.
• Assist E-Commerce Manager to develop and launch different promotion campaign /eDM/ digital ads/ social media posts, etc.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks relevant to E-commerce operation if any

Requirements

• High Diploma or above in Marketing / Computer Science / IT or related disciplines
• Experience in E-commerce and fundamental knowledge in any E-commerce system is an advantage
• Keen to work on E-commerce platforms
• Good at MS Word and Excel software
• Basic knowledge on HTML
• Self-motivated and fast learner, able to work well under pressure with tight timeline
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
