Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer services and after-sales services to maintain customer satisfaction
• Introduce suitable education courses to students regarding to their needs
• Handle daily center operations including data input, filing and scanning
• Resolve and follow up customer complaints and feedback
• Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor 

Requirements:

• University student in any faculties
• Relevant experience in customer service is an advantage
• Good spoken and written in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good command in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• To comply with the “Vaccine Pass” requirements
• Available to work full time from May 2022 to early Sept 2022
