Our client is a leading education institute in Hong Kong with primary focus in child education and ed technology. In view of the on going expansion, they are now inviting experience candidate to join as Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities

• Report to Vice President, Human Resources, you will play a big part in corporate office to drive various new HR initiatives include new HRIS project, job grading and benefit review, talent acquisition strategy and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder major in Human Resources Management.
• 10 years working experience with a minimum of 3 years in same capacity.
• Independent, excellent inter-personal and problem solving skill.
• Previous working experience in start up business would be a plus.
• In deputy knowledge and good understand of the up to date Hong Kong Labour Law.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Energetic with an out-going personality
