Job Responsibilities

• Lead, drive and manage the Professional Assessment and Certification Department for all related business and development initiatives which align with the HKIB strategic direction
• Manage and develop high quality professional assessments and related services in Hong Kong and other regions
• Manage and monitor the operations of assessments and professional certification of recognised banking qualifications
• Be responsible for annual budget on assessment related income and relevant resources needed
• Design, develop and maintain the policy and procedure of assessment development mechanism, assessment operations and certification process with robust quality assurance measures
• Design measures to manage and enhance the quality of professional examinations and events
• Lead and manage the system development and maintenance in the integration of services and functions of both Learning Management System (LMS) and Question Management System (QMS)
• Be a core member in the project team on the assessments of accredited assessment agency, qualifications framework and related competence development
• Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including academics, bank practitioners and regulatory representatives, on assessment and certification related matters.
• Prepare and present management report of assessment related matters at institutional meetings including but not limited to AGM, Executive Committee and other committee meetings
• Manage and execute projects assigned by senior management

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably with proven experience in education, training or banking industry, with minimum of 5 years in supervisory role
• Attentive to details, have the ability to manage multi-tasks, self-motivated and must be a team player with strong leadership
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good project management and quality management skills
• Proficient in computer software application including Word, Excel, Power-point
