Mechanical Engineer

Office location: Cyberport (Free shuttle bus services of designated locations)

Your responsibility:

·        Provide technical field trial support, trouble shooting and conduct rectification of technical issues related to robotics/ automation product and application

·        Develop and implement product feasibility study, design, testing and trouble-shooting in robotic and industrial applications

·        Manage product development from design to production, selection of materials and modular design, and knowledge in robotic and industrial applications

We’re looking for: 

·        Good knowledge of robotics and automation system design and application

·        Knowledge in mechanical design CAD tools, e.g. Solidworks, etc.

·        Preparation of engineering documents including BOM, drawings and testing documents, etc.

·        Arrange and implement prototype and product assembling, testing and trouble shooting, etc.

·        Previous project management and supplier management experience is a plus

·        Prior hands-on experience in service robot/AGV/automation machine has a big advantage

·        Good interpersonal and communication skills for direct interaction with internal teams, vendors and customers

·        Ability to handle multiple tasks, independent, self-motivated, creative, innovative and responsible
