工作內容

• 協助進行空調系統, 包括冷水機組，水塔，水泵及相關機電設備的保養、維修；
• 協助進行例行設備狀況檢查；
• 巡邏啟德發展內的區域供冷系統設施及監察附近地盤施工情況 (需步行/乘坐公共交通工具)；
  
• 需填寫巡邏紀錄；
• 拍照紀錄現場情況及撰寫報告。

工作要求

• 中五程度或同等程度；
• 土木工程或機電相關文憑/高級文憑畢業者優先；
• 略懂電腦，能書寫簡單中文報告，略懂英語；
• 具備一年或以上操作或維修冷氣／機電／屋宇裝備或地盤工作經驗；
• 可即時上班者優先。
