Our client is a property developer and is planning to expand the business in Hong Kong.
We are looking for a TECHNICAL CONSULTANT-BUILDING SERTVICE.

Responsibilities

• Perform trouble-shooting functions and resolve client issues
• Arrange and supervise routine building service maintenance and repair works by teammates
• Supervise the work progress of other contractors, including checking quotations and inspect completed projects.
• Preparing daily and completed reports to customer

Requirement:

• Diploma/ degree or above in Electrical /Building serivce/ Mechanical engineering or other related engineering degree
• With Building service and facilities management background
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
