Scope of Duties: 

• Handle customer inquiries and participate in maintenance and/or repair order quotation with customers
• Pre-plan and assess all work inputs in respect of manpower, time, material requirements, tooling and technical information, and make appropriate arrangements to accommodate such work inputs
• Prepare operational schedules, work packages work reports, and coordinate with customers on all work inputs, work orders and arrangement
• Monitor & control maintenance progress with Production Department
• Consolidate maintenance data of accomplished projects for technical records archiving, invoicing and technical analysis
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with customers
• Liaise with Airframe Services/Technical Services/Material Management/Commercial Departments for company internal support request
• Assist Production & Commercial Department on new services/business development
• Lead and supervise team of staffs to provide planning services

Requirements: 

• A recognized degree in Production and Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• A HKAR-66 B1/B2 License will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance or production planning
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with customers
• Liaise within the company on internal support request
• Assist internal customers on new services/business development
• Lead and supervise team of staffs to provide planning services
• Sound business acumen, strong project management & analytical skills
• Strong people skills with demonstrated negotiation ability
• Good PC knowledge and skills
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
