Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Engineers from product conceptualisation to mass production
• Work closely with the marketing team to define new products features and specifications
• Liase with technology partners and key component suppliers to give advice to the development team and conduct designs & review so as to ensure high standard product design integrity
• Manage projects to ensure high quality results within defined time and budget schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/Computer Engineering
• At least 5 years of product development experience in data networking/communication-related designs
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature personality, proactive, pre-emptive, self-driven and able to work independently
