KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Hong Kong Supply Coordination team
• Coordinate work with Sales team when necessary
• Follow up I/E Declaration & Import Permit Payment, order inputs, data analysis
• Maintain supply reliability
• Inventory Management, data management
• Improve efficiency and cost reduction
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
• Admin support to the team when necessary

 REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical & Environmental, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent
• Strong academic background is an advantage
• Fresh graduated & less experience welcome
• Proficiency in written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good communication skills, responsible, proactive, sensitive to figures
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
