Scope of Duties: 

• Provide technical support to aircraft nacelle components repair to Production on daily basis
• Identify, evaluate, and provide solution to technical and non-technical issues on aircraft powerplant and nacelle structure during aircraft input
• Liaison with aircraft manufacturers, powerplant and nacelle manufactures with respect to design and technical problems raised by customer and maintenance staff
• Participate in HKAR-183 aircraft acceptance projects
• Participate in HKAR-21J DOA projects
• Compile Technical Document such as TOWS, Repair Scheme and process card etc.
• Coordinate and interact with production, customers and vendors for technical and non-technical issues
• New component repair capability setup
• Coordinate and interact with production, customers and vendors for technical and non-technical issues
• Required cross-functional project participation within department and company
• Able and willing to work overtime and shift as required

Requirements: 

• A tertiary education from a recognized university with major in aeronautical, mechanical or other relevant engineering disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in aircraft maintenance / aircraft parts repair
• Excellent knowledge of aircraft structure / powerplant
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Ability to work very carefully and pay attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure with good decision making
• Experience in compiling aircraft maintenance/aircraft parts repair paperwork
• Sound business acumen and strong project management skills
• Strong project management and excellent interpersonal skill
• Able to read and write Chinese and communicate in Putonghua will be an advantage
• The following experience will be considered an advantage:
  • Attained Structure Repair Course conducted by Boeing / Airbus
  • Have previous experience in aircraft component repair project
  • Experience in C of A issuance for aircraft under HKAR-183 requirement
  • Engineering drawing drafting skill with the aids of AutoCAD or Solidworks

Candidate do not completely fulfill the above requirements will be considered as lower position
