Responsibilities:

• Purchase the products and equipment in a timely manner in order to satisfy project and service needs.
• Focus more on the vendor enquiry to get good price and better payment terms from suppliers to improve ICD competitiveness for bidding project.
• Follow up delivery to Vendor for confirmed PO in order to meet the targeted schedule.
• Responsible to handle delivery in time to fulfil the specific project requirement.
• Manage purchasing information in ERP system in order to have the timely correct information updated.
• Manage import & export of products and follow up and coordinate for customs clearance and logistics process.
• Manage the faulty replacement process.
• Manage Tradelink declaration and customs clearance.
• Manage warehouse logistics operation and manage logistic flow of goods delivery, packaging & inventory control.
• Receive item, fulfill Sales Order and transfer inventory.
• Conduct regular stock taking activities and records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma or above.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Purchasing & Logistics.
• Strong service sense and skills, good time management, high learning skill.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
