Job Duties

• Source potential retailers and conduct lease negotiations
• Identify market segments and prospects and liaise with property agents
• Monitor and research market trends and the competitive landscape, create competitor analysis and studies
• Ensure occupancy levels and rentals for the desired mall are optimized
• Assist with development and delivery of Strategic Plan and monitor the annual leasing business plan
• Provide support to Retail Strategy with formulating trade mix plan i.e. brands review & selection to maximize rental and occupancy

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Real Estate or Business is preferred
• At least 8 years related experience especially gained in “Grade A” retail mall developers with 3-4 years’ experience in managerial level
• Good knowledge of retail industry, especially the Hong Kong & Macao markets
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.  Written and spoken communication, active listening skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of CAD is value-added
• Willing to work under pressure & be a good team player
• Can complete task in a timely manner
• Willing to travel to Macau if necessary
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered for the post of Senior Manager
