Job Description
Responsibilities:
Formulate brand operation goals, plan business strategies, and be responsible for the operation and management of the brand's branches
Implement the company's product quality standards and labour standards
Supervise the food quality, customer service, work environment hygiene, occupational safety and health management of the branch
Formulate brand development plans and execute new branch openings
Recruit and train employees, evaluate job performance, talent retention, and meet company development needs
Formulate the company's operating goals for performance analysis reports and staffing arrangements
Require:
Know how to make and sell bread
Higher Diploma or above, preferably with a Certificate in Food and Beverage Management
Eight years or above experience in catering management, previous experience in catering management or fast-food chain management is preferred
Responsible, good communication and management skills
Be innovative and work in a dynamic and dynamic business environment
Good communication skills and problem-solving skills
Good English, Cantonese

- 制定品牌營運目標規劃業務策略，負責所屬品牌之分店營運管理運作
- 執行公司出品質量標準和人力標準
- 督導分店的食品質量、顧客服務、工作環境衛生、職業安全健康管理
- 制定品牌發展計劃，執行新分店開業
- 招聘及培訓員工，評估工作表現、人才保留、配合公司發展需要
- 制定公司營運目標作業績分析報告及人手安排
要求:
- 懂製作麵包及銷售
- 高級文憑或以上，具有餐飲業管理証書更佳
- 8年或以上餐飲管理經驗, 曾管理餐飲者或具快餐連鎖店管理經驗優先考慮
- 有責任感、具優良溝通及管理技巧
- 勇於創新、能在業務積極多變的環境地方工作
- 良好溝通技巧及解決問題的能力
- 良好的英語、粵語
