Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build on existing hospitality and contract businesses. Retain existing accounts and develop new accounts in assigned market segment
- Identify and effectively pursue relevant business opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets with excellent customer services & market insights
- Put sales plan into action
- Collaborate with team members to deliver effective and efficient solutions for clients
- Demonstrate professional know-how and market sense
- Establish long-term partnerships with potential industry stake-holders, partners and clients
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in related field preferred
- Prior experience in B2B sales in the hospitality segment will be an advantage
- Possess strong sales technique and sound financial sense
- Knowledgeable in textile, interior design, or home furnishings is a plus but not mandatory
- Mature, self motivated and results oriented
- Positive, energetic and out-going, possess of strong can-do attitude and able to work independently
- Eager to gain expert knowledge of the product, the market and customers
- With strong commitment and passion to satisfy and exceed customer expectations
- Excellent team player and relationship builder with client
- Good people management and development skill
- Strong communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin
