Responsibilities:

• Responsible for OTA pricing, commissions negotiations and preparing contract
• Responsible for a full spectrum of hotel and serviced apartment operations including but not limited to the formulation of business development plan, manpower plan, marketing strategies and market trend analyses
• Oversee overall day-to-day operation and management of a block of serviced apartments
• Develop in-house policies and set customer satisfaction targets as well as ensure that we deliver first class services to prestige customers
• Build relationship with local authorities, corporate clients, leasing agents and potential and existing tenants
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and house rules

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Hotel Management, Business or relevant disciplines
• 2 years or above working experience in hotel industries at managerial level
• Familiar with Hong Kong hotel management standards and regulations
• Expert in hotel operation management
• Excellent English, spoken Cantonese and Mandarin fluency communication skills (兩文,三語)
• Formulate digital marketing/ marketing strategies including but not limited to website, web-based advertising, encourage guests to post photos and positive comments re our hotel on social media and recruit producers to use our hotel as location for filming shooting venue, etc.
