Job Duties:

• Provide professional Customer Service to existing and new customers through a varieties of online and offline channels (Social Media, Phone Calls, Email, Website, etc)
• Handle Customer's enquiries, order follow-up, provide face-to-face customer service upon appointment, coordinate after-sales service and prepare reports.
• Handle data entry works with ERP system and Excel.
• Manage incoming emails and handle phone call enquiries.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments from the back office when required.

Job requirements:

• Graduate or higher diploma with 1-2 years relevant working experience; fresh graduate will be considered.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skill.
• Good command of English and Chinese, accurate typing skill.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Pleasant, mature & independent with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to multi-tasking and with a passion for the luxury industry.
• Candidates with higher qualifications & experiences will be considered for senior post with relevant salary package.

• Basic Salary: $14K - $18K /month depends on profile & experiences
