KPM Healthcare Centre is a medical healthcare centre in Tsim Sha Tsui. We are looking for energetic person to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide care in a pleasant and warm manner to deliver professional service experience and build up a friendly relationship
• Handle guests’ feedback or suggestions tactfully and efficiently; and take corrective actions where appropriate
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure our quality and safety standards are always in force
• Perform ad-hoc duties and/or projects as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel or customer service field 
• Experience in medical field will be an advantage
• Guest-oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Remuneration Package:

•  5 days work (on shift duty)

•  Quarterly performance bonus
