We are looking for a Distribution and Reservations Officer to join our team in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist hotels with CRS and distribution queries.
• Liaise with CRS vendor and 3rd party providers and act as support to hotels, e.g., for system related issues.
• Process rate loading and mapping in the CRS and external 3rd party distribution channels.
• Process content and policies loading in the CRS and external 3rd party distribution channels.
• Support RSOs and hotels with the RFP rate loading process and co-ordinate loading with GDS providers.
• Assist with coordination of new hotel builds in the CRS.

Requirements:

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Data Entry experience required. Distribution/reservations experience in a hotel or travel company of advantage.
• High attention to detail.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must possess a valid Hong Kong work permit.
