KPM Healthcare Centre is a medical healthcare centre in Tsim Sha Tsui. We are looking for energetic person to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and quality one-stop customer service to guests
• Carry out daily customer services duties, such as greeting guests upon arrival, handling guests' registrations, processing payment, and scheduling appointments
• Handle customer service hotline and other enquiries / requests from internal and external customers in timely and courteous manner
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for ensuring patients’ reservations are handled accurately and professionally
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Preferably with 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in imaging centre 
• Good Team spirit, pleasant, self-motivated and responsible
• Customer-oriented with strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Fresh graduate will also be considered

Remuneration Package:

• 5 days work (on shift duty)
• Group Medical Insurance

• Quarterly performance bonus
