Job Description

Restaurant Server  (casual-dining restaurant) responsibility 餐廳服務員(Fusion西餐)工作內容 :
  • Place orders and Runner 落單及送餐
  • Front of House 前場工作  
  • maintain hygiene 保持店內衛生環境 
  • Cooperate with team members 與餐廳內不同部門溝通以確保運作暢順

  • Keep tracking on food knowledge 持續學習與食物相關資訊
  • Communication with customers 與客人良好溝通
Requires:
  • Fluent Cantonese and basic English 流利廣東話及基本英語
  • To be a team player 具團隊合作精神

  • Enthusiastic in F&B & customer-relationship 熱衷於餐飲業並與客人建立關係
  • Responsible, punctuality, politely and proactive 有責任心;守時;有禮貌;主動積極

  • Pay attentions of food, personal and working environment hygiene awareness 注重食物安全,及個人和環境衞生意識

Ching Fa Co. Limited, aka Aobana Group, was founded in mid-2019 and currently owes 2 restaurants. Our vision is to provide innovative fusion food experience, blending the Hong Kong unique food and culture with the others. Despite the impact of instable society and COVID-19, we currently operates 2 restaurant with satisfying results.
The very first café restaurant 'Aobana' is located beside the historical building 'Lui Seng Chun' in Prince Edward, aims to blend the old Hong Kong grassroot-style food with new gourmet ideas to the community. The second causal-dining restaurant 'Wish-ao by Aobana' has been newly introduced in Tsim Sha Tsui since mid-2020, provides highly-innovative cocktails and fusion-food with HongKong-style saucing, ingredients and recipes. 
Our short-term development would be expanding in Hong Kong and Taiwan. We desire anyone who loves trial-and-error on refining recipes, and who is passionate on food and more importantly, on Hong Kong. Please send us your Resume if you share the same vision with us.
